These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at https://tsezleather.com (the “Website”), along with any related pages, features, products, checkout services, customer accounts, and customer support operated by TSEZ LLC, doing business as TSEZ Leather (“TSEZ Leather,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an Order, contacting us, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Website or purchase products from us.

2. Definitions and Related Policies

These Terms use the same defined terms found in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, including OrderCustomerReturnRefund, and Business Days. “Website” refers to https://tsezleather.com, and “Company” refers to TSEZ LLC.

These Terms should be read together with our other policies, including our Shipping PolicyReturns, Refunds & Cancellations PolicyPayment PolicyPrivacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. If these Terms conflict with a more specific policy on a given topic, the more specific policy controls to the extent of that conflict.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or use the Website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you’ll use the Website only for lawful purposes.

4. Products

TSEZ Leather sells women’s handbags. Some products are handmade, customized, personalized, or made with leather or other materials that naturally vary in color, grain, texture, markings, finish, or appearance.

Product images, colors, dimensions, and descriptions are provided for general reference. The actual product you receive may vary slightly due to natural material variation, craftsmanship, lighting, photography, screen settings, or manufacturing differences. Natural variation in leather, material texture, color tone, grain, markings, or finish is not automatically considered a defect.

5. Product Availability and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, update product information, or decline Orders where permitted by law.

Prices are listed in USD. Sales tax where applicable, shipping fees, and any other applicable charges are shown at checkout or in the relevant policy.

If we discover an error in pricing, product information, inventory, shipping cost, or Order details, we may correct the error and contact you for instructions before processing the Order. If we can’t complete the Order as placed, we may cancel it and issue any applicable Refund.

6. Orders

Placing an Order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An Order confirmation email confirms we received your Order, it doesn’t necessarily mean the Order has been accepted.

We may accept, decline, cancel, or limit an Order for reasons including product unavailability, payment issues, suspected fraud, incorrect Customer information, pricing or inventory errors, shipping restrictions, or a violation of these Terms.

We’ll make reasonable efforts to process accepted Orders within the shipping and processing timeframes stated on the Website and in our Shipping Policy.

7. Customer Accounts

If customer accounts are available on the Website, you may create one. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to update it promptly if it changes. Contact us immediately at support@tsezleather.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe there’s been fraud, misuse, unauthorized access, a violation of these Terms, or activity that could harm Customers, the Website, or our business.

8. Order Processing, Changes, and Cancellations

Order processing generally takes 1 to 2 Business Days. Estimated processing and delivery together generally take 3 to 5 Business Days, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

You may request a cancellation, address change, or Order change within 24 hours of placing your Order by contacting support@tsezleather.com. We’ll make reasonable efforts to help, but we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations once an Order has entered processing or shipped.

We don’t accept pre-orders, and we don’t offer backorders unless expressly stated on the Website.

If we can’t ship your Order within the stated timeframe, we’ll handle the delay consistent with applicable law and our Shipping Policy, which may include requesting your consent to a delay, offering you the option to cancel, or issuing a Refund where required by law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses.

Shipping is handled through USPS, FedEx, or another available carrier shown at checkout or selected by us based on the Order, destination, and carrier availability. A flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies unless a different fee is clearly shown at checkout. We don’t currently offer free shipping.

Tracking information is provided when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated as guaranteed. If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but can’t be located, it isn’t automatically eligible for a Refund or replacement, though we’ll provide reasonable assistance such as helping you review tracking information or carrier claim options.

You’re responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We’re not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, return to sender shipments, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address information, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Full shipping terms are set out in our Shipping Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Our Return period is 30 days from the delivery date, subject to the conditions in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with original packaging and tags where applicable. You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Customized or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refund processing may take up to 14 Business Days after inspection. Refunds required by law for canceled, unshipped, or delayed Orders are processed within the time applicable law requires.

We don’t currently offer exchanges, store credit, gift cards, or charge restocking fees. For defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing items, we may offer a Refund, a replacement of the same item where available, or another appropriate resolution under our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy, which governs in the event of any conflict with this section.

11. Payments

We accept PayPal and Venmo, where Venmo is available through PayPal checkout for eligible Customers. All payments must be made in USD.

Payment is captured when you place your Order. By submitting payment information, you represent that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided, and you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We don’t offer Buy Now Pay Later, gift cards, or store credit. Additional payment terms are provided in our Payment Policy.

12. Promotions and Discounts

We may offer promotions, discounts, or coupon codes from time to time. Promotions may carry additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, quantity limits, or other restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions can’t be combined, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration. We may modify or cancel promotions where permitted by law.

13. Transactional Communications

We may send transactional or relationship communications, such as Order confirmations, shipping updates, customer service replies, Return or Refund updates, account notices, security notices, and policy updates.

We don’t currently use SMS or text marketing. If we begin using SMS marketing, email marketing, or abandoned cart marketing, we’ll update our policies and provide any required notice, consent, and opt-out options at that time.

14. Google Ads and Advertising

We use Google Ads for advertising, conversion tracking, measurement, and campaign performance. Google Ads may use cookies, tags, device identifiers, browser information, IP address, pages viewed, purchase activity, and other event data to measure ad performance and show relevant ads, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

We don’t currently use Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Pinterest Tag, SMS marketing tools, or other advertising platforms, unless expressly stated in our Privacy Policy or Cookie Policy.

15. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, graphics, design elements, software, layout, trademarks, and service marks, are owned by or licensed to TSEZ Leather and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Website for personal shopping purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any part of the Website or its content without our prior written permission.

16. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, automated, or unauthorized purpose. You may not interfere with Website security, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, impersonate another person, upload harmful code, violate another person’s rights, misuse promotions, misuse checkout or account systems, or interfere with our customer support systems.

17. Third-Party Services and Links

The Website may use third-party services such as Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, Google Ads, and fraud-prevention providers. These services aren’t controlled by TSEZ Leather, and we’re not responsible for third-party content, policies, security practices, availability, errors, or actions. Your use of any third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy.

The Website may also link to third-party websites. We’re not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of those sites.

18. Privacy

Using the Website and purchasing products may involve the collection and use of personal information, as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed by us, Shopify, our payment providers, shipping carriers, Google Ads, and other service providers as described in those policies.

19. No Product Warranty

We don’t offer a separate product warranty unless expressly stated in writing for a specific product. Except as expressly stated in writing, products and the Website are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

20. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSEZ Leather disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We don’t warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available, or that product descriptions, images, pricing, or availability will always be complete, current, or error-free. Some states don’t allow certain warranty exclusions, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TSEZ Leather and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, licensors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Website, products, Orders, or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the Order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited. Some states don’t allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

22. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TSEZ Leather and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, suppliers, licensors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your misuse of the Website, violation of these Terms, violation of law, violation of another person’s rights, fraud, or unauthorized activity.

23. Force Majeure

We’re not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, labor disputes, supply chain interruptions, government actions, power outages, internet failures, cyber incidents, or other similar events.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Website after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

The Terms in effect at the time of your purchase generally apply to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.

25. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any dispute related to these Terms, the Website, products, or Orders will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Northampton County, Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

26. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will stay in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

27. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms doesn’t waive our right to enforce that provision, or any other provision, later.

28. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, restructuring, change of control, or by operation of law.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, form the entire agreement between you and TSEZ Leather regarding your use of the Website and your purchases from us.
