Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how TSEZ LLC, doing business as TSEZ Leather (“TSEZ Leather,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), accepts and processes payments for Orders placed through https://tsezleather.com.

By placing an Order with TSEZ Leather, you agree to this Payment Policy.

We currently accept:

  • Venmo, where available through PayPal checkout for eligible Customers

We do not currently offer:

  • Buy Now Pay Later
  • Gift cards
  • Store credit
  • Cash on delivery
  • Wire transfers
  • Cryptocurrency payments
  • Layaway
  • Subscription billing

Available payment methods may vary depending on your location, device, browser, checkout settings, payment provider availability, PayPal or Venmo eligibility, fraud prevention review, or technical availability at checkout.

3. Currency

All prices and payments are in U.S. Dollars (USD). We currently sell to Customers with eligible shipping addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses. See our Shipping Policy for details.

4. Payment Timing

Payment is captured when your Order is placed. By submitting an Order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including product price, shipping fees, taxes, and any other applicable charges.

5. Sales Tax and Charges

Applicable sales tax, shipping fees, and any other charges are shown before you complete checkout. You’re responsible for reviewing the full checkout total before placing your Order.

6. Payment Authorization

By placing an Order, you represent that:

  • You’re authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The billing and payment information you provide is accurate and complete
  • Your payment method has sufficient funds or available balance
  • Your transaction doesn’t violate any applicable law, payment provider rule, or account agreement

If your payment is declined, rejected, reversed, flagged, or not authorized, we may cancel or delay your Order.

7. Third-Party Payment Processing

Payments are processed by third-party providers, including PayPal, Venmo where available through PayPal checkout, Shopify, and other checkout service providers that support our store.

Shopify provides the checkout platform, but the payment methods we currently accept are PayPal and eligible Venmo through PayPal checkout, unless another method is clearly shown at checkout.

We don’t control third-party payment systems, authorization decisions, processing delays, account restrictions, security reviews, payment holds, provider fees, or provider terms. Your use of PayPal, Venmo, Shopify checkout, or any other payment service may be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, user agreement, fees, eligibility rules, and dispute procedures.

8. Payment Security

We use Shopify and third-party payment processors to help process payments securely. We don’t intentionally store full payment credentials, such as complete payment account numbers or PayPal or Venmo login credentials.

That said, we may receive and retain limited payment-related information needed for order records, customer service, fraud prevention, Refunds, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

9. Order Review and Fraud Prevention

We may review Orders for fraud, unauthorized activity, payment risk, address issues, account misuse, or violations of our policies. We may refuse, cancel, delay, or request additional information for any Order that appears suspicious, unauthorized, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent with our Terms & Conditions.

If an Order is canceled after payment is captured, we’ll issue any approved Refund to the original payment method, subject to payment provider processing times and applicable law.

10. Pricing Errors and Checkout Errors

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate prices, shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and checkout totals, but errors can happen. If we discover a pricing, tax, shipping, discount, product, inventory, or checkout error, we may correct it and contact you before processing your Order.

If we can’t process the Order at the corrected amount, we may cancel it and issue any applicable Refund to the original payment method.

11. Discounts and Promotions

Promotions, coupon codes, or discounts may carry additional terms, exclusions, expiration dates, quantity limits, and availability restrictions. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions can’t be combined, redeemed for cash, applied retroactively, or used after expiration. We may modify or cancel promotions where permitted by law.

12. Refunds

Approved Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds are handled according to our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations Policy. After we receive and inspect an approved Return, Refund processing may take up to 14 Business Days.

Refunds required by law for canceled, unshipped, or delayed Orders are processed within the time applicable law requires. Your bank, PayPal, Venmo, or payment provider may need additional time to post the Refund to your account.

13. Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, or is subject to a chargeback, we may suspend order processing, cancel the Order, withhold shipment, or take other appropriate action consistent with applicable law and our policies.

If you believe there’s a payment issue, please contact us first at support@tsezleather.com so we can look into it. Nothing in this Payment Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law, payment provider rules, or billing error rules.

14. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you’re dissatisfied with your Order, please contact us before filing a payment dispute or chargeback. We’ll make reasonable efforts to review and resolve the issue directly. Filing a dispute first through your payment provider may actually delay resolution, since the matter then gets handled through that provider’s own dispute process instead of directly with us.

We reserve the right to provide order records, shipping records, tracking information, customer communications, policy acknowledgments, and other relevant information to payment providers in response to disputes, claims, chargebacks, reversals, or unauthorized transaction reports.

PayPal may offer buyer protection or dispute procedures for eligible transactions, subject to PayPal’s own rules and eligibility decisions.

15. Unauthorized Transactions

If you believe your payment method was used without authorization, contact your payment provider immediately. You can also reach us at support@tsezleather.com with your Order details so we can review the transaction and take appropriate action where possible.

16. No Gift Cards or Store Credit

We don’t currently sell gift cards or issue store credit. Approved Refunds are issued to the original payment method, unless applicable law or payment provider rules require otherwise.

17. No Buy Now Pay Later

We don’t currently offer Buy Now Pay Later, installment payments, financing, layaway, or subscription billing. If we introduce any of these in the future, additional terms may apply and we’ll update this Payment Policy accordingly.

18. Changes to This Payment Policy

We may update this Payment Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the Effective Date above. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase generally applies to that purchase, unless a change is required by law or is more favorable to you.
